1. Who we are

Dreality is a vector redraw and print-file service at dreality.studio, operated by an individual sole proprietor. You can reach us at hello@dreality.studio. “We” and “us” mean Dreality. “You” means the person placing an order.

2. What we do

We turn the image you upload into clean vector artwork and set the files up for the print method you choose, such as screen printing, stickers, vinyl cutting, laser, DTF or DTG, promo items or web. Every order includes the editable source files and all delivered formats at no extra charge, a one-page print report and a delivery note. We also offer a free print check that tells you what a printer would likely flag in a file. The check is information, not a promise about any particular printer.

3. Credits

3.1 You pay for orders with credits. One credit costs $1, and you can buy just the credits an order needs. You can also pay $45 for a pack of 50 credits, or $85 for a pack of 100 credits.

3.2 Credits are for our services only. They cannot be cashed out, they cannot be transferred to another person, and they do not earn interest.

3.3 Credits are valid for 12 months from the date you buy them. Credits left after that date expire.

3.4 What an image costs is shown when you upload it. The hardest part of the image sets the tier, and if we misjudge the tier we do not charge you the difference.

3.5 New customers pay a lower number of credits on a first order: 10, 15 or 20 credits for the first three tiers. This is available once per email address and payment method. It does not apply to Detailed illustration.

3.6 A pack of credits that you have not used at all can be refunded. See the refund policy.

4. Placing an order and the proof

4.1 When you submit an order, the credits are held, not spent.

4.2 We send your first proof within 24 hours. The 24 hours start when you submit the order. If you chose to have a sharper working copy made first (the free option for a small or blurry image), they start when you confirm that copy. Weekends and holidays don’t pause the clock. If we post a longer turnaround on the site, the time shown at checkout applies to your order.

4.3 The proof is a watermarked, lower-resolution preview of your own image, with path view and a 200% detail view. It does not include the source files.

4.4 You may ask for changes in up to two rounds before you approve. List everything you want changed in one go. Items added later count as the next round.

4.5 When you approve, you tick the items you have checked: spelling of text, colors, size and print method. Those items are then locked. Credits are charged at that moment and the files are released for download.

4.6 You can cancel an order before you approve it, and the held credits are released. If the same email address or payment method cancels more than two orders, later orders from that email address or payment method are charged when you submit them instead of when you approve. We tell you before you submit. On those orders you can still cancel for a full refund until we start work. Once work has started, cancelling does not return the credits. Everything else works as usual: you see a proof, you can ask for changes, and the free fixes in section 5 apply.

4.7 We keep a record of when you approved, which items you ticked and a fingerprint of each delivered file, so that we can settle a dispute fairly.

5. Free fixes

5.1 Seven days after delivery. For 7 days after delivery we fix, free of charge, anything that differs from the proof you approved or stops the file from printing. That covers a file that won’t open, a file that doesn’t match your approved proof, a format or variant we promised and left out, and a problem in the print check that we missed.

5.2 Thirty days after delivery. If your printer rejects the file because of the file itself within 30 days of delivery, send us the printer’s note by email or as a screenshot. We change the file to meet what the printer wrote, free of charge. This holds even if you didn’t tell us the requirement when you ordered. If there is no printer note, we treat the request as an ordinary change.

5.3 Design changes are not free fixes. Changing colors, adding or changing text, changing the layout, or adding elements is a new request. A small change (one color, one line of text, one element removed) costs 5 credits. Anything larger is priced like a new order. We tell you the classification and the credit price before we start, and we start only after you confirm.

5.4 The buttons for the 7-day and 30-day fixes close automatically when the time is up. Please raise issues within the window.

6. What you promise us

6.1 You confirm that you own the images you upload, or that you have permission to use them and to have us work on them for you.

6.2 If your image shows a person, you confirm that you have the right to use that image of that person for the purpose you are ordering.

6.3 We do not take orders that obviously copy a well-known brand’s logo or wordmark. We may decline or cancel such an order, and held credits are released.

6.4 We may decline an order that is unlawful or that we reasonably believe infringes someone’s rights.

7. Fonts

We redraw the lettering in your logo as shapes, as it appears in your image. Where a close match exists in a font that is licensed for commercial use, for example a font under the SIL Open Font License, we may add a separate editable text layer for typing new words later. The delivery note names that font and says it is not an exact match for the lettering in your logo. Print files have the text converted to outlines. We do not include commercial fonts that we are not licensed to share. If you need an exact commercial font, send us your own licensed copy.

8. Your files and your work

8.1 You keep all rights to your artwork. Once you approve the proof, the delivered files are yours to use for any purpose. You confirm that you have the right to have the artwork redrawn (see section 6).

8.2 We do not show your artwork or files publicly, for example in our portfolio or on social media, without your written permission.

8.3 We keep your uploads and delivered files for a limited time. See the privacy policy.

9. Printers decide

We build files to the published requirements of the print method you choose, and we mark anything that can’t be checked from a file as “check with your printer”. We cannot control what a particular printer will accept. That is why the 30-day printer-rejection fix in section 5.2 exists.

10. Payment

Payments are processed by PayPal. You can pay by card without a PayPal account where PayPal offers that option in your country. Card details go to PayPal, not to us. Prices are shown in US dollars. If you choose another currency on the site, you pay the price shown for that currency, and PayPal charges it in that currency. A price marked as approximate is charged in US dollars.

11. Our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any one order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for losses that come from a printer’s decisions, from a delay at the printer, or from information you gave us that was wrong. Nothing here removes rights you have under the law that cannot be waived.

12. Changes, law and contact

12.1 We may update these terms. Orders you have already submitted stay under the terms in force when you submitted them.

12.2 These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Dreality’s operator is based. This does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. If something goes wrong, please email hello@dreality.studio first so we can try to put it right.
