1. Who is responsible
Dreality (dreality.studio) is operated by an individual sole proprietor, who is responsible for your personal data under this policy. Contact: hello@dreality.studio.
2. What we collect
- The files you upload. The image you want checked or redrawn, and the files we make from it (proofs and deliverables).
- Your email address. For the sign-in link, proof and delivery notices, and replies to you. You don’t need an account to use the free print check. We ask for an email when you submit an order.
- Order information. The tier, print method and size you chose, the items you ticked when you approved a proof, your credits (held, spent and available) and their history, and the time and a fingerprint of each delivered file.
- Payment information from PayPal. A transaction ID, the amount and the payment status. Your card details are handled by PayPal. We don’t store them.
- Technical information. Your IP address and browser details in server logs, used to run the site, keep it secure and limit the number of free checks per day.
- Messages. What you send us at hello@dreality.studio, including any printer’s note you forward.
3. How we use it
- To run the free check and produce your proof and files.
- To take payment, hold and spend credits, and send you notices about your order.
- To fix problems under our free-fix promise and to settle disputes.
- To keep the site secure and stop misuse.
We don’t sell your data. We don’t use your uploads to advertise to you. We don’t show your artwork or files publicly without your written permission.
4. How long we keep it

Because delivered files are removed after 45 days, download and keep your own copy. If you need a file again later, you can place a new order.
5. Who we share data with
We share files and order details only with service providers that help us run Dreality: hosting and storage, payment processing, email delivery, and software tools that help us inspect, clean up and prepare your files. They may use your data only to provide these services to us.
Payments are processed by PayPal.
Our servers and some providers are in the United States, and our team and tools also process files in other countries, so your data may be handled outside your own country. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
6. Cookies
We use one session cookie to keep you signed in after you use a sign-in link. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. We measure visits with an analytics tool that doesn’t set cookies.
7. Photos of people
If your image shows a person, you confirm in our terms that you have the right to use it. We use the image only to do your order.
8. Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to hello@dreality.studio from the email address you used. We may keep order and payment records that the law or a payment dispute requires us to keep. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under your local data protection law. Write to the same address and we will respond.
9. Changes
When we change this policy, we change the date at the top. If a change affects how we use files you already uploaded, we tell you by email.
